WHY STRETCHING IS IMPORTANT

  1. I have posted this video because not everyone knows how important is stretching before doing any kind of sport.
    This video explains perfectly how you must stretch in each sport and what is it useful for.
    Stretching is a form of physical exercise in which a specific muscle or tendon (or muscle group) is deliberately flexed or stretched in order to improve the muscle's felt elasticity and achieve comfortable muscle tone. It is also used therapeutically to alleviate cramps
    There are four different types of stretching: ballistic, dynamic, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, and static stretching.
    What try to say in this post is that everyone should stretch before doing sports, running…
    You avoid hurting yourself during sport and it is better for your health, it also helps you to do that sport better but you must be careful with this because you can hurt if you do it the wrong way
